Write a short speech (about 500 words) in which you convince someone to either do something you'd like them to do or to think the way you do about a topic of your choice. Choose a specific audience and write to directly to that audience. It could be a friend, your parents, a teacher, your coach, whoever you like. Include both logical appeals (facts intended to back up your argument) and emotional appeals (words that convince your audience by arousing strong feelings).
